Aqueous & Primer
Water-based coatings are engineered for
printing, converting, and packaging
applications, delivering gloss, protection,
durability, abrasion resistance, and controlled
COF.
With very low to negligible VOC content, they
are environmentally responsible and suitable
for commercial printing, folding cartons,
labels, food packaging, corrugation, foils,
paper cups, and flexible packaging. These
coatings are compatible with most ink
systems and application methods, ensuring
reliable performance across a wide range of
substrates
Heat Seal Coatings
Heat seal lacquer provide a reliable, strong,
and effective seal between layers of
packaging materials when heat and pressure
are applied.
Heat seal packaging enhancing product
protection from external factors such as
moisture, air, light, and contaminants,
extending the shelf life and maintaining the
quality of the product.
Water-based coating suitable for heat seal
application to aluminum laminated
structures. The product provides excellent
adhesion with aluminum laminate. Coated
lms provide block-free and low COF coatings
suitable for high-speed machine applications.

OIL AND GREASE RESISTANCE (OGR) COATINGS
OGR coatings are designed to create a barrier layer on paper to prevent the penetration of oils and grease. The OGR coating layer improves the durability of paper materials and also does not change the repulpability property of paper. The OGR coating KIT and Cobb values are very important, and they show the coating's ability to resist the oil, grease, and water-repellent properties. Cosmo Speciality Chemical has a food approved OGR coating for paper and paperboard with heat sealable and non-heat sealable options.
